**1.Reporting to the Supervisor, Quality Assurance**:

- Respect for compliance and quality of factory activities.
- Acts rigorously in his main functions while respecting the procedures for which he is responsible.
- Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures for all sectors of the plant's activities.

**2. Main functions**
- Performs quality verification of electronic batch files executed by the production plant.
- Ensures the release of finished products and printed packaging components.
- Ensures follow-up of investigations and treatment of non-conformities until definitive resolution of the problem with experts from various sectors of the factory. Ensures appropriate and effective corrective/preventive action measures are included and performs final quality disposition of the investigation.
- Participates in the implementation of internal quality procedures.
- Participates in the implementation of the GMP training program for new employees.
- Participates in internal quality audits.
- Ensures quality support within the Production departments.
- Ensures the management of official samples for finished products.
- Applies HSE policies on a daily basis, proposes and determines HSE problems.

**3. Main professional relationships**
- Provides a quality advisory role in terms of good manufacturing practices for Production departments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all plant departments

**4. Knowledge and skills required**:
a) Training required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biological sciences, or having equivalent experience with a college diploma in science.

b) Languages

Excellent written and spoken communications in French and English

c) Special experience and knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control

d) Specific technical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Canadian, American and international GMP regulations.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical product production processes
- Good document management
