Job Summary:
As a Server at Isaander, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing amazing service to our guests. You’ll greet them, take their orders, and serve food and drinks in a friendly and professional way while making sure they have a memorable dining experience. If you’re a fan of Thai food, have great communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to chat with you

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they arrive, seat them at their table, and show them the menu.

Take accurate food and drink orders, giving them recommendations on Thai dishes and drinks when you can.

Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional way, making sure they look great and taste great.

Check in with guests to make sure they’re happy, refill their drinks, and take care of any other needs they might have during the meal.

Handle cash, credit card payments, and use the POS system accurately.

Know the menu inside out, including the ingredients and how they’re made, to help guests with dietary restrictions or preferences.

Work with the kitchen and bar staff to make sure everything runs smoothly and that food and drinks are delivered on time.

Make sure tables are clean, set up, and ready for the next guests.

Follow the restaurant’s rules for opening and closing, making sure everything is done efficiently.

Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation.

Help keep the dining area clean and organized, including the restroom and outside.

Collaborate closely with other servers and staff to create a positive and enjoyable team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a server or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- A passion for Thai cuisine or a willingness to learn and explore the menu.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a warm and welcoming dining experience.
- The ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations during busy service hours.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays or heavy items when needed.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
