**Day Of Wedding Coordinator**

A day-of wedding coordinator is a person responsible for making sure the wedding day is executed perfectly. This role include overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the day.

While this outline attempts to be all encompassing, this position will evolve beyond these categories. This role is expected to anticipate business needs and to do anything that will help Westwood Plateau Golf accomplish its department objectives.

**Ceremony Rehearsals**
- Coordinate, or assist the hired coordinator with all things related to the wedding ceremony.
- Obtain information relating to ceremony such as order of processional.
- Arrange who will queue the DJ to start or change songs as needed.
- Ensure all bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, grandparents, bride and groom are aware of their duties during the ceremony.
- Work closely with the officiant to guide the wedding party through the rehearsal.

**Day Of Coordinator**
- Oversee arrival of vendors and direct to appropriate location based on the floor plan.
- Greet the Bride and Groom upon arrival, serve water and appetizers as menu directs.
- Assist Bride and Groom with any requests, going above and beyond to accommodate all needs.
- Coordinate the Ceremony using your notes from the ceremony rehearsal and assist the photographer with family pictures.
- Utilizing the golf limo, drive the Bridal party to designated on course photography locations.
- Help with the Bridal Party’s grand entrance into the reception.
- Serve the head table dinner and beverages.
- Coordinate the dimming of lights and queuing DJ for first dances, speeches and cake cutting.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid class 7 (N) or class 5 (full) license. A copy of your driver’s license will be kept on file until the end of the season.
- Serving It Right Certificate.
- Interest in the hospitality and/or event industry.
- Serving experience is required.

**Job Type**: Casual
