This is your opportunity to join the Eagle team as a Project Assistant. As Project Assistant you will work both collaboratively with the management team, project managers as well as independently. Quality of work scheduled delivery, and client satisfaction will be your focus. For the right person this opportunity will prove to be both challenging and rewarding.

**Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, internal departments, and clients to support deliverables.
- Project budget tracking, working collaboratively PMs
- Assist with invoicing and data entry.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Assist in the prioritization and assignment tasks within the project.
- Updating and maintaining project management software (MS Office/Asana)

**Minimum Requirements**:

- College Education

OR
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience**Skills that would be an asset**:

- Proficient in MS Office products.
- Knowledge of Project Management software
- Strong analytical skills and good judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management
- Organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
