You will engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, with proficiency in English required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
- Ability to sell products effectively through excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is an advantage.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
