**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. You will engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, with proficiency in English required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
- Ability to sell products effectively through excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is an advantage.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
