**What you will do**:
**How you will make an impact**:

- Accurate, timely closing all transactions
- Each month prints out the upcoming closings for the month
- Reviews the contract to make certain the Transaction is complete and that there are no glaring inconsistencies prior to proceeding with closing the transaction
- Reviews and sends excess deposits to Lawyer/notaries
- Notifies the conformity AEO of missing paperwork
- Pay outside agencies by EFT, cheque or Wire Transfer, Create EFT’s for brokers
- Accurate, timely closing all transactions
- Collects outstanding Broker Receivables off each commission cheque
- Charges fee for garnishments, service & late fees
- Closes transactions in EZmax as well as in Broker Wolf, Enterprise and Skyslope
- Prepares closing for payment and sends the EFT with each pay cheque to the broker.
- Notifies the broker of closing and contacts broker re: missing paperwork
- On any errors to do with commissions and or the Trust Account - immediately notifies the agencies AEO, Sr Treasury Manager and completes an incident report which is cc’d to Broker, Finance Specialist and the Sr Treasury Manager. It is then placed in the appropriate Google Drive
- Completes all Mutual Releases, alert PAB for final review and closes and archives transaction

**How you will grab our attention**:

- This is not an entry position. Preference is given to someone with 3-5 years of experience of working in real estate in Quebec, preferably as the administrator of a mid to large agency or have a background in real estate conformity.
- Must be** **bilingual EN/FR
- Must have beginner experience of Accounting. Experience using EZmax is required.
- Must be able to accurately close a minimum of 250 transactions a month.
- Must be able to work in a very fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Competently work with EXCEL and Word is very important and ability to work with Google Suite tools is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, able to set a work schedule in place, and complete the tasks at hand as well as field broker interruptions and questions, during this time.
- When dealing with brokers they are focused on forming strong, positive relationships.
- Must have strong verbal and communication skills, a zest for life and appreciation of all eXp offers.

opérations/travaux quotidiens et devez activement planifier et compléter la fermeture de la

‘transaction’ et payer le courtier rapidement et exactement. Vous êtes responsable de la

distribution des argents exacts d’une transaction et suivre les demandes de conformité afin the
