**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review legal documents (including, but not limited to, dividend resolutions, share transfers, changes in directors, reorganization, reporting letters, and accounts)
- Extra-provincial registrations (including BC OnLine), continuances, Federal corporations
- Assisting in the preparation, filling, and management of corporate documents (including incorporation documents, annual returns, and other statutory filings)
- Maintain and update corporate records and databases
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other third parties
- Provide administrative support to lawyers

**Qualifications**:

- Paralegal/Legal Assistant Diploma or Bachelor Degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in corporate law, preferably in a legal firm setting, would be an asset
- CORES level I required, preferably II and III.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta corporate law and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
