Reporting to the Regional Director, the Branch Manager in Drummondville plays a key role in managing, organizing, and planning the daily activities of the work teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of operations. The Manager provides support, training, follow-up, and ensures the smooth running of operations to contribute to the success of the branch, working towards achieving sales targets. They collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize and continuously improve processes, and will be responsible for meeting the objectives and expectations set by senior management in both production and sales. **Responsibilities**: - Manage, train, develop, and motivate the production and customer service teams, including conducting quarterly evaluations for each employee; - Ensure excellent customer service is provided to clients; - Work closely with various Project Managers (automobile sales, tires and batteries, etc.); - Actively participate in daily operations, be involved, and understand the daily tasks of employees ("Hands-on"); - Maintain and control inventory of vehicles, tires, batteries, catalytic converters, etc.; - Buy and sell used cars; - Ensure local marketing. **Qualifications** - ** Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service;**: - ** Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management;**: - ** Knowledge of automotive parts would be considered an asset.** **Desired Skills**: - Leadership - Customer service - Ability to learn - Good stress management **Additional Information** Work Environment / Additional Information** - ** Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, with availability for 1 weekend every 2 weeks - ** Full-time, permanent position
