We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our busy seven-operatory dental specialty clinic 3 - 4 days per week. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth daily operation of our practice and maintaining the highest standards of infection prevention and control.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the sterilization area to ensure efficient flow and smooth operation of the clinic
- Strictly follow all IPAC protocols and infection control procedures
- Manage instrument processing, sterilization, and operatory turnover
- Support the clinical team as needed; duties may include exposing radiographs and chairside assisting
- Inventory management in operatories
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a dental an asset
- Knowledge of IPAC guidelines and sterilization procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
