Sales & Marketing Specialist

**Job Overview**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Brand Management**
- Oversee and maintain the company’s online presence across all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create and schedule engaging content, promotions, and campaigns that reflect the brand voice and boost visibility.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, banners, pitch decks, and flyers.
- Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve digital engagement and reach.
**Lead Generation & Outreach**
- Create and maintain a lead database of local businesses and potential clients.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and local expos to represent the company.
- Qualify leads and forward sales-ready prospects to the leadership or development team.
**Sales Interaction & Support**
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule product demos or consultations.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations based on client needs.
- Support contract preparation and maintain a basic CRM tracking system for prospects.
**Operational & Administrative Support**
- Assist in the development of marketing plans, sales playbooks, and campaign reports.
- Document best practices and SOPs for lead generation, client outreach, and social engagement.
- Coordinate with development, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing goals with business needs.
**Innovation & Continuous Growth**
- Stay updated with marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Explore and recommend new outreach channels or marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose competitive positioning ideas.
**Key Projects and Contributions**:
- Spearheaded a lead generation campaign that increased inquiries for **TicTrac** and **Connect2Tickets**.
- Organized outreach initiatives to local businesses that resulted in new tech service partnerships.
- Enhanced brand visibility through consistent and strategic social media management.
- Built and maintained a marketing lead pipeline that feeds directly into the EasyTech sales funnel.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
- Confident and comfortable with outbound calling and presenting solutions in person.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, client onboarding, and basic sales funnels.
- Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing and business meetings.
