Our team in Calgary is currently looking for a Branch Manager to become an integral part of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Branch Manager is accountable for growing the Branch sales while maintaining or bettering the overall Branch profitability. The Branch Manager will provide leadership to the team by adopting a coaching approach and demonstrating accountability. You will work to the following responsibilities:

- Accountable and responsible for sales growth within the market segment
- Day to day supervision and management of staff while championing our core values
- Determine new customer opportunities, establish sales and achieve sales targets
- Provide customers with quotations (bids), follow up on open bids/large project quotations, and provide feedback to Regional Manager on progress of bids
- Direct all activities for branch including purchasing, administrations, facility maintenance, human resources, and safety training
- Coordinate and participate in vendor training sessions for customers
- Assist Regional Manager with the development of clear organizational plans, long and short-term sales/margin goals, and implementation of key performance indicators (KPI's) for the branch
- Responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Strong B2B or outside sales experience
- Minimum 5 years experience HVACR industry
- Minimum 5 years experience in wholesale distribution
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to communicate with employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Accountable for results and sales driven
