Job Summary:
As a Window Cleaner at Prairie Property Pros, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' windows. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning windows on various properties, ensuring they are spotless and streak-free. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform window cleaning for residential and commercial properties, both inside and outside.
- Use appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment.
- Inspect windows for damage or potential issues and report findings to management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Complete job reports and paperwork as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous window cleaning experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
