**Associate Product Manager Core Mobile Debit / Cash**

An Associate Product Manager (APM) plays a crucial role in the product development process, working closely with product managers and development teams to create and enhance products. The APM is responsible for gathering and analyzing product data, interpreting consumer feedback, and developing strategies to improve product features and user experience. In partnership with the squad, collaborate with the development team to iteratively deliver product functionality that accomplishes product objectives and key results aligned to the product strategy.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Lead efforts to modernize and maintain regulatory (policy) documentation and support artifacts
- Responding to client and partner inquiries regarding the product governance and rules.
- Suggest and implement product improvements to enhance user experience.
- Monitor product performance and health using key metrics; communicate findings through regular reports
- Provide insights and forecasts to support product planning and decision-making
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Participant Affairs, Finance, Strategy, Data & Analytics, Product teams, and external stakeholders to align on assumptions and gain buy-in on recommendations.
- Support the definition and prioritization of product features by writing basic requirements and managing timelines
- Delivering comprehensive, data-driven business cases and insights to influence executive decision-making
- Analyze market trends and competitive products to support long-term planning and roadmap development.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and execution through data-driven analysis and clear documentation

**You bring**:

- 5+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and proactively within team.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and translate product needs into basic technical requirements.
- Familiarity with user research, product discovery basics, and agile development principles.
- Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and contribute to team delivery goals.
