**Sturgeon Public Schools** is currently seeking a qualified full-time temporary **Educational Assistant 4, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** for a work assignment at Four Winds School.
**Hours:** 1.0 FTE; Full-Time Temporary; working 6.5 hrs/day
**Initial Assignment**:The Educational Assistant 4 (LPN) will support students in grades 5-9.
**Qualifications & Experience**:LPN designation by the Practical Nurses of Alberta is required. Experience supporting students with complex medical needs. Experience supporting students with Type 1 Diabetes. Experience developing personal care plans. Experience providing case management of students with chronic health conditions based on medical needs during school hours; providing assessments, intervention and re-evaluation of health needs. Equivalencies that consist of a combination of education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to formal education requirements may be considered.
**Hourly Rate**:$24.41 - $31.23 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
