We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Victoria

SALES COORDINATOR - Job Description:

- Providing excellent customer service and staff support
- Coordinating and collaborating with healthcare professionals and sales staff
- Documentation such as:

- Creating Invoices
- Creating/modifying quotations
- Cataloguing client information/profiles
- Liaising with suppliers, obtaining delivery ETAs and price inquiries
- Working with our sales team to provide the best solutions for our clients

SUGGESTED SKILLS:

- Some knowledge or experience in healthcare or related
- Computer literate; comfort using various computer software programs
- Background in administration/administrative skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task; a problem-solver
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to be handle confidential files; trustworthy
- Communicates clearly
- Has the desire to help people

Pay: $23.00/hr
