Amenities include various meeting and event spaces, a wellness centre (featuring an onsite spa, 25-metre indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness centre), a private movie theatre, a rooftop patio with fire pits, along with Tre Fantastico Bistro.

Reservations & Group Sales Coordinator

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional guest relations and customer service
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Assist with group sales inquiries and provide product information to customers
- Prepare group resumes and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
