**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Facilitate training needs assessment and recommend resources and solutions to address skill gaps, career development needs or legislated training requirements
- Oversee production of content and communication for programs
- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery of programs, tools and resources
- Train and coach leaders and participants on program requirements and execution
- Develop operational policies related to programs of responsibility
- Seek out the latest research, best practices, systems and tools and identify key trends that will inform current and future learning programs
- Manage external learning vendor relationships
- Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives and training

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Completion of a post-secondary degree in Adult Education, Business Administration or another related field
- 5+ years of experience with needs analysis, content development, delivery, program implementation and change management/communication
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis, interpret and communicate the data and deliver solutions to address the gaps
- Knowledge of instructional design methodology
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and develop partnerships
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the work environment, juggle and manage competing tasks and demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of a Learning Management System is an asset
- Experience in the retail, construction, hospitality or heavy equipment industries is an asset
- Ability to travel to Nunavut on an as needed basis
