Purpose: The Albion Rooms is proud to have established a reputation as an excellent destination for craft cocktail seekers, wine lovers & local beer enthusiasts, our servers and bartenders have been integral to our success. A bartender/server at The Albion Rooms needs to be a natural people person who has genuine passion for well-made cocktails as well as wines & local beers.

Key Responsibilities:
To deliver great guest experiences through consistent, efficient service & excellent customer engagement,
To deliver superior drink and/or food service to a consistent standard,
To assist in the reporting of inventory concerns,
To uphold all serving & liquor licensing laws,
To uphold all opening & closing duty responsibilities,
To ensure the cleanliness of the bar/dining area at all times,
To consistently perform all required side duties as well as daily cleaning duties,
Be responsible to handle cash accurately & honestly,
To work within the team to ensure that the bar is fully stocked at all times, & that all product in house is present & available for client consumption,
To have complete knowledge of all food & drink menus & be able to effectively communicate them to guests,
To ensure they thoroughly understand the service measurement standards for all beer, wine & liquor,
To consistently produce cocktails to recipe specifications/measures,
To effectively communicate within the team dynamic any & all pertinent information,
To contribute to a positive & professional team environment,
Addressing guest complaints appropriate to the situation, and bringing to the attention of management,
All other duties as assigned, including Room Service delivery as required by the operation
Key Qualifications:
Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive can do attitude
Must have open/flexible availability, and be available to attend work, at times, with short notice
Ability to be able to serve guests in both official languages while smiling, is an asset
Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Must possess excellent internal/external guest service skills
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, cooperate with team members, and deliver quality food and beverage items consistently.

**Salary**: $16.53-$17.67 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
