We are seeking experienced, highly skilled **Bartenders** who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and demonstrate exceptional organization and attention to detail. At the heart of our hospitality, our bartenders play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences through expertly crafted cocktails and warm, professional service.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with a diverse clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Craft classic, custom, and signature **Mati cocktails** to order with precision and consistency
- Provide exceptional service while maintaining a **safe and welcoming bar environment**:

- Greet guests, share daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences
- Verify customer identification for age compliance
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the **menu, wine, beer, and spirits** offered
- Ensure all beverages and garnishes are prepared and served in accordance with **health and safety regulations**:

- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Follow all company policies and uphold our service standards

**Requirements**:

- Prior **bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant or bar**:

- Strong knowledge of **cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Commitment to delivering **exceptional guest experiences**:

- Availability to work **evenings, weekends, and holidays** as required
