**About the Role**:
Dr. Green Services is a premier lawn care maintenance company, servicing the GTA for over 35 years. We specialize in fertilization, aeration services, well as, weed and insect control. We are currently hiring for our customer care team and are looking for qualified applicants interested in full-time work.

Our Customer Care position is responsible for providing the ultimate customer care experience while assisting our clients by providing product and program information, quotes, pricing for additional services, as well as addressing any questions and concerns.

**Customer Care Representative Qualifications**:

- High school education or equivalent
- Fluent in English - Second language is an asset
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent multi
- tasking skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customer
- Customer service experience is an asset

**Customer Care Representative Responsibilities**:

- You will be the primary point of contact, providing high level of service for all accounts
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify customer specific needs and customize the services for each individual client to drive customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships with our customers through open and interactive communication.
- Accurately process customer transactions
- Manage time effectively and strive to exceed personal goals
- Work effectively with other members of the team
- Able to handle high call volume

**Salary**: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
