About Us:
Borderworx is an emerging 4PL company focused on the Canada-U.S. trade lane. We offer warehousing, distribution, consolidations, customs brokerage and trade consulting for progressive companies in Canada and the United States seeking to reduce physical assets and grow their respective markets.

About the Role:
The Order Picker/Packer will increase operational efficiency, company profitability and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving and storing materials, as well as picking, packing and scanning orders for pickup and delivery.

We are only hiring for Full Time positions at this time from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
- Assists in loading the delivery truck.
- Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
- Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Performing work in accordance with quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Pay close attention and fill orders accurately.
- Work as a team and independently.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry
- The ability to successfully multitask throughout the day.
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Exceptional organizational skills

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 20 lbs, and may weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in the warehouse industry is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
