Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Administrator Summer Student will be responsible to ensure the achievement of general and specific project requirements. This is a 4-months summer opportunity with our Telecommunications team in Barrie, ON.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Provide support to the team and crew members for the FTTH (Fiber To The Home) project.
- Handle and distribute construction materials for crews.
- Enter and track data into the system.
- Organize troubleshooting service requests for crews and ensure availability of the tools and materials needed.
- Gather property consent forms using Salesforce.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Ability to work a maximum of 25-hours per week for various shifts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills using Salesforce, Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
- High level of drive, competitive spirit and track record of achievement.
- Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task/ Service orientated.
