Vaughan, Canada Alternative Medicine Clinic Full time

We are a new medical and alternative medicine IV clinic locate in Vaughan, looking for a FULL-TIME & PART-TIME medical receptionist /administration person who possesses excellent communication and patient care service skills.

The specific accountabilities of the role are:

- Have excellent organizational skills, an ability to prioritize and work independently and have experience working with an EMR system(Jane App).
- Schedule and organize patient bookings and referrals
- Administrative duties like faxing, scanning, filing, organizing
- Responding to medical team notes and requests.

**Requirements**:

- Medical Office Administration Diploma (preferred)
- Medical reception experience is an asset
- Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced level in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology
