**What You’ll Do**

As a **Automotive Service Associate**, you’ll be the face of EconoLube, ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued, informed, and confident in their vehicle’s care. Your role goes beyond service—you’ll create an experience that keeps people coming back.
- **Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience** - Greet every customer with a warm welcome, listen to their needs, and ensure they feel appreciated from the moment they arrive.
- **Guide & Advise with Clarity** - Help customers make informed decisions by providing honest, straightforward recommendations that simplify their vehicle maintenance.
- **Perform Essential Vehicle Maintenance** - Carry out routine services and inspections to keep vehicles safe, reliable, and road-ready.
- **Build Trust & Lasting Relationships** - Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen customer confidence, ensuring they return not just for service, but for the trust they’ve built with us.
