Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all front office activities including guest check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Coordinate reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy.
- Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Train, schedule, and support front desk staff to meet operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding hotel bookings and occupancy.
- Oversee the use of phone systems, ensuring proper etiquette and efficiency.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in guest services or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in managing front desk operations in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Knowledge of bilingual French and English
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, phone systems, and hospitality software.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
