**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our Quality team and to lead the Failure Analysis and Quality Engineering team. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, manufacturing industry experience in structured problem solving, and a quality
- and customer-first mindset. This role will report to the Senior Manager Quality and will be integral to our ‘Nothing Comes Back’ goal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead structured problem solving efforts, including defining the problem, effective containment, root cause analysis, verification and validation of corrective actions, and effective prevention of recurrence (8D methodology)
- Manage the failure analysis and sustaining quality engineering team
- Act as quality point of contact for customer quality complaints
- Oversee and prioritize RMA and complaint cases
- Non-conformance reporting and CAPA management
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN)
- Track quality KPIs and other performance metrics
- Prepare and present reports to customers and internal executive management

**WHO YOU ARE**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng./M.Eng. in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of Experience in a Quality Engineering/Assurance role in a Manufacturing Environment
- 2+ years of experience in a leading position
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- P.Eng., Ph.D.
- Certified CQE
- Lean Six Sigma training

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Structured Problem Solving (8D, 5P, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical & electro-mechanical components and systems
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Working knowledge with NC CAPA Management
- Ability to work individually, and as part of a cross-functional teams
- Excellent English language communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
