We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling cafe. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team of dedicated staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all cafe activities, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Train and manage a team of cafe staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Create employee schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training opportunities, and address any concerns or issues

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices
- Proficient in food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
