Nikkei Ramen-ya is a busy ramen shop in Downtown Courtenay, BC. We make authentic ramen from scratch using locally-sourced meat and produce and premium Japanese ingredients. Our ramen is widely considered to be the best ramen on Vancouver Island - and for some people beyond

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
- Serving It Right (preferred)
