EMIKO is the production kitchen for Nikkei Ramen-ya, our busy ramen shop in Downtown Courtenay, BC. At EMIKO, we make ramen components from scratch using locally-sourced meat and produce and premium Japanese ingredients. Nikkei Ramen-ya's is widely considered to be the best ramen on Vancouver Island.

We are looking for a career-oriented person to join our production team and grow with us as we expand our business. You will report directly to, and learn from, our Head Chef/Production Manager who is Red Seal certified and has been in the business for 30 years.
