**Job Description**:
The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Continuing Studies programs that align with the evolving needs of students and industry partners. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with employers, professional organizations, and colleagues to identify workforce trends, build strategic partnerships, and develop educational programs that empower learners to thrive. Key responsibilities include fostering industry relationships, engaging with partners, driving program marketing, and leveraging data insights to inform decisions.

Qualifications Required:
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education or Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate discipline from an accredited university or equivalent.
- Specialized training in area of program area for which the position is responsible.
- Four (4) years work experience related to program and/or project coordination; plus 3 years work experience related specifically to the content area.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including advanced word processing, spreadsheet and database management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in web and print publishing software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of program/course development, scheduling, market characteristics and supervision and evaluation practices.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary adult education principles.
