We are hiring a _**Residential Program Supervisor**_ to join our team. This dynamic individual will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance and safe operation of _**VITA’s **_Program facilities.

**THE ROLE**:
**Job Summary**
- **The Residential Program Supervisor**_ oversees the operations of a unionized supported living environment. In this role you are a leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring employees and maintaining high quality service for our members. You will be responsible for timely reporting of all policy and legislative requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in the developmental sector study, Social worker degree, University Degree in a related field or other relevant post-secondary education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience post graduate working with individuals with disabilities.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle required.
- Must maintain current, valid and on-going certifications in mandatory courses offered by VITA such as: Abuse training, Back Care, First Aid, Fire Safety, Safe Management, Pharmacology and WHMIS.

**Hours of Work**:

- 80 hours biweekly_

(Working flexible hours including evenings and weekends - based on program and member needs, as well as on-call responsibilities working one weekend a month and evenings).

**Rate of Pay: Salary $58,000 to $68,000**

**COVID-19 Related Requirements**:
Employment with VITA is conditional on your ability to meet the following requirements:

- Proof of negative COVID-19 test completed in the last 3 days prior to start date.
- Proof of completed COVID-19 Vaccination, or a commitment to receive the third dose in the first week from the date of hire (or documentation proving inability to receive the Vaccine due to medical or religious grounds)
