**About This Opportunity**:
The Manager, Route to Market will play a critical role in managing the performance and strategic business relationships with our distributor partners. In this role you will be responsible for the execution and governance of our alternative Route to Market strategy that will improve customer service, deliver operational efficiencies and increase revenue for both our distributor partners and Coke Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead national Route To Market (RTM) Strategies within distributor portfolio.
- Negotiation of multi-year distributor partner contracts
- Build collaborative partnerships with distributor partner
- Support and/or lead supply and service related enquires and solutions from our distributors
- Works closely with distributor partners on operational improvement initiatives.
- Support the development and management of the distributors route-to-market capabilities and infrastructure within territory, including identifying process gaps and implementing any training needs.
- Management of the forecasting of distributor volume and trade spend accrual.
- Manages the budget associated with commercial execution, sales incentives, and territory sales or operational initiatives for distributor portfolio.
- Conduct Financial Analysis (Return-on-Investment of RTM strategy) to be shared with key stakeholders
- Ongoing evaluation of existing route-to-market network
- Works closely with the local reporting team and acts as the operating unit lead for route-to-market performance reporting
- Develop and communicate best practices in RTM

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communications skills
- Strong financial acumen - ability to manage profit and loss statements and make financially based recommendations to improve business results.
- Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across business
- Ability to provide insights from data and tell a story
- Must be strong in Microsoft power point and experienced working in excel.
- Project management experience is an asset
- Sales & supply chain experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment is an asset
- Must be bilingual (French and English)
