This passion meets innovation and allows us to grow.**What you will do**:
The **Brand Manager** plays an important role in as part of our Marketing Department. This is the team that ensures that all our client offerings stay true to our goals and objectives, drives sales forward, and helps to build our brand over time. From creating and managing advertising campaigns to gathering and analysing brand data, the brand manager will be an integral part of Groupe Nordik.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct basic marketing data analysis, as well as coordination of sales tracking and post-analysis of campaigns against KPIs
- Coordinate advertising campaigns while ensuring adherence to brand values and timelines
- Work closely with internal and external creative and advertising agency partners and media suppliers to develop and execute effective campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the spa and at the corporate office
- Provide coordination and support to help create marketing strategies for existing and emerging product offerings and promotions
- Help to coordinate various integrated marketing campaign including various sponsorships, partnership, and other special initiatives
- Study and analyze customer trends and behavior to help develop new strategies and products
- Administrative coordination of all marketing initiatives for financial reconciliation and tracking
- Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of promotional materials

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Minimum of College degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of **5 years’** experience with 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel with the ability to manipulate files with macros and pivot tables
- Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset
