As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a proactive, engaging, and organized individual to join our team as a **Client Relations & Communications Coordinator**.

**Position Summary**:
This role bridges communication between our team, clients, and community partners. You’ll support business development, maintain client relationships, and help expand our brand presence through effective communication and outreach efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relations & Business Development**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and outreach strategies.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and follow-ups for prospective clients.
- Support project coordination and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

**Communications & Marketing**:

- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop engaging posts, stories, and updates that highlight company initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with the team for marketing campaigns, visuals, and client announcements.
- Track engagement metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Contribute to newsletters, promotional materials, and community engagement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in client service, business development, or communications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with social media management and basic marketing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and eager to learn about sustainability and green innovation.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
