**Who are we?**

Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted customers looking for a comfortable, efficient and safe flying experience.

After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has increased its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs more than 280 people. Chrono is the only airline in Quebec to offer aircraft that can accommodate from 9 to 120 passengers exclusively for charter. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono Aviation continues to expand and strengthen its leadership position in the air charter industry in Quebec and Canada.

**Role and context**

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Analyst occupies a strategic role within our airline group, playing a key role in managing and optimising the financial aspects of the business.

**Key responsibilities**
- ** **Establish projections and budgets for various entities.**
- Analysing and helping to set up various projects with the management team.
- Ensuring the implementation and supervision of the company's financial policies.
- Preparing and commenting on statistical reports and performance analyses.
- Managing cash and cash flows, ensuring adequate liquidity.
- Collaborating on internal and external financial audits.
- Develop tax strategies and ensure tax compliance in collaboration with our external advisors.
- Supervising various accounting and administrative activities.

**Specific job requirements**
- Degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation, an asset.
- Significant experience (at least 7 years) in senior financial roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and management tools.
- Excellent command of Excel.
- Experience in the aviation sector or related services (an asset).
- Ability to communicate in English.
