**What’s involved in the**Office Clerk**position**:

- Rate of pay: $24.21 hourly
- Role is a combination of included, but not limited to,
- Relief (Internal requisition, New IC set up, Databases Management, Assigning Pick Sequence, Countsheets Management, Period Year End Inventory)
- Buyer (Payroll, Production Entry, Laboratory Samples Entry, Freeweigh report, vendor communication)
- Receiver (Coupa, Oracle, Vendor/AP Communication, Processing GL Invoices)
- Finished Goods (Professing RFAs, Period End Inventory Cooler/Freezer/Handling Materials, Costco, Interbranch communication)\

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience as an office clerk or other administrative position
- Working knowledge of general office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent data entry input skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, Teams)
- Previous experience with Oracle, Coupa other ERP systems, UKG Dimensions
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, problem solve, and work efficiently
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines yet be equally effective as a team player
- Self-directed and enthusiastic, manage special projects from inception to completion
- Ability to learn and perform a variety of tasks with mínimal direction
- Excellent attendance and personal safety record
- Flexible work schedule is required with the ability to work some weekends or adjust start times, and be available to cover last minute sick days, if necessary.
