**The technical service coordinator** will be responsible for managing day-to-day service activities (maintenance contracts, service calls, mechanical overhauls, small installations, etc) for the industrial refrigeration department.

**YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assign technicians to service calls based on their skill set.
- Verify and ensure work orders are completed and properly directed.
- Accurately record and process technicians' hours worked in the computerized management system for payroll.
- Participate in the procurement and supply chain for parts required for technicians' interventions.
- Coordinate training for technicians and potentially customers, if required.
- Collaborate closely with sales, invoicing, accounts payable, and management teams to perform job duties effectively.

**THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- Technically inclined (knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems is an asset)
- Experience in dispatching/scheduling an asset;
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in team coordination function;
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel;
- Mastery of the use of the computer for business purposes in general;
- Strong communication skills in French and ability to communicate in English in a customer service context is an asset.
