We are looking for customer focused individuals interested in casual work based on your own availability Shift start and end times vary based on operational requirements.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Guest Experience & Ticket Operations, the Guest Experience Representative Lead serves patrons attending events held in venues managed by Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) and sets the tone for high standards in quality customer services. This position helps lead and maintain a friendly environment while ensuring the safety of all guests. This position will achieve these goals by greeting guests, providing directions, reporting issues, participating in other guest facing tasks such as coat check duties and upholding venue policies in a friendly and professional manner.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Present a positive and professional image to all guests, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons.
- Inspect areas for safety hazards and report issues and mitigate.
- Support and contribute to the overall event experience for customer, volunteers and employees.
- Conduct outstanding customer service.
- Maintain Keen Knowledge of Events & Venue Procedures
- Display effective Leadership & Teamwork in supporting Guest Experience Representatives
- Performing other duties as allocated.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT IT TAKES**

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in guests/customer service in forward-facing industries is considered an asset.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to push guests in wheelchairs weighing up to over 100lbs frequently.
- Ability to work conscientiously with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment where there are often multiple demands.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check for the duration of employment.
- Note that this position is an in-scope position under the RWDSU Collective Agreement.
