ARE YOU SOMEONE THAT THRIVES OFF A 100% COMMISSION-BASED ROLE? DO YOU WANT TO MAKE UP TO $3K ON A WEEKLY BASIS? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you As a Lead Setter at PSHS, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, engaging potential clients through various outreach methods and booking appointments for our sales agents.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
**Engaging Customer Interaction**: Connect with potential clients face to face.

**Appointment Setting**: Book appointments for our sales agents by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our services.

**Product Knowledge**: Become an expert in our energy solutions so you can confidently address customer inquiries and highlight the advantages of our offerings.

**Building Relationships**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to foster trust and generate interest in our products.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Prior experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.

Willingness to engage with potential clients through various outreach methods.

**Benefits**:
