**Primary Responsibilities**
- Consultation, screening, and evidence based assessment and treatment of communication disorders
- Design a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
- Provide client and family centred intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education
- Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs
- Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions
- Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy using our electronic charting system, in accordance with CASLPO regulations

- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Registration in good standing with CASLPO

Expected hours: 10- 30 per week

**Education**:

- Master's Degree (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CASLPO registration (or in process of becoming registered) (required)
