**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, food preparation, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and consistent delivery of food and beverages.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies and managing food costs.
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations and local laws.
- Analyze financial reports, including sales and expenses, to make informed decisions that impact profitability.
- Create a positive customer experience by ensuring high-quality service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and grow the business.
- Nightly Cashouts
- Handle coin orders and cash deposits

**Competencies**:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, staff supervision/scheduling, inventory control, and health and safety regulations.
- Able to manage time effectively and move fast (no turtles please)
- Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Education and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Obtained Manitoba Food Handlers Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
