We are currently looking for **BARTENDERS** to join our dynamic team at **GLOWBAL RESTAURANT**located in Vancouver’s landmark, TELUS Garden, this is where stripped down North American cuisine lives and breathes, taking ingredients from across the continent.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways
- Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services
- Be responsive and helpful about off-menu items such as classic cocktails and expand personal knowledge in this area as much as possible
- Accurately ring in orders, adding modifiers where needed
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience and repeat customers

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years minimum experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Save certified and understanding of responsible alcohol service
- Excellent wine and cocktail knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks; keen desire to expand knowledge and keep on trends
- Possess strong communication skills and a genuine personality
- A positive, energetic outlook with a passion for hospitality
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Ability to carry and lift up to 25-40lb
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, if required

** Must be available for opening/brunch shifts**

**TO WORK FOR US**: You MUST have valid proof of Social Insurance Number and be legal to work in Canada with proof as a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Residence or Valid Work Permit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour
