Are you passionate about power sports and have a flair for sales? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic team at North Bay Cycle & Sports. As a **commission-based position**, this role offers unlimited earning potential and ample room for professional growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Excellence: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process. Whether it’s motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, or other power sports vehicles, you’ll be the expert they rely on.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest models, features, and industry trends. Be the go-to resource for customers seeking information about our products.
- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
- Negotiation Skills: Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Completion of secondary school is typically required.
- Experience: While formal education is essential, we value practical experience. Previous sales experience, especially in the automotive or power sports industry, is a significant advantage.
- Certification and Licensing: If you don’t already have it, obtaining a valid OMVIC license is necessary. Clean driving record and personal auto insurance are also prerequisites.
- Passion for Power Sports: An affinity for motorcycles, ATVs, and other power sports vehicles is crucial. Knowledge of different brands and models is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers and closing deals.
- Self-Motivation: As a commission-based role, your drive and determination will directly impact your success.
- Location: Must be based in Ontario, preferably in the North Bay area.
