Better Way Home Care is looking for team members to join their team. Applicants must be passionate about providing premium care for seniors and individuals who require additional home care support. Ideal applicants must be willing to work hourly on a casual basis. Some overnight shifts may be required. Applicants must have a valid Alberta Driver’s License and own a reliable vehicle. Ability to work independently with excellent critical thinking skills.
- Socializing, games, outings, walks.

- Transportation for grocery shopping, medical appointments, or social outings etc.

**Requirements**:
- Available to work on a casual hourly basis
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Clean police with vulnerable sector check
- Excellent health
- First Aid
- Heart & Stroke BLS
- Alberta Driver’s License & reliable vehicle w/ commercial insurance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
