The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team by executing and coordinating various marketing activities. This role involves managing social media, creating marketing materials, organizing events, conducting market research and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Assistant must align with the company's brand voice, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to evolving marketing trends.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing social media accounts.
- Assisting with website updates.
- Conducting market research surveys.
- Planning and executing marketing events.
- Developing marketing materials like brochures and presentations.
- Tracking campaign performance and generating reports.
- Supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks.
- Responsible for capturing photos and videos of company events.
- Visiting job sites to take pictures and gather content.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, and graphic design tools.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- ** Social media expertise**: Familiarity with major social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor interactions.
