**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate heavy haul trucks to transport equipment of all sizes across local, regional, or long-haul routes.
- Maintain top safety standards, following all provincial and federal transport laws, load securement practices, and equipment inspections.
- Conduct pre-operational and post-operational safety inspections on equipment, and complete daily equipment reports, advise supervisor of any required maintenance or repairs of the equipment.
- Experience in loading and unloading equipment, including proper tie-down and safety checks.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience hauling heavy equipment, off-road, and oversized loads
- Class 1 License
- Solid knowledge of load securement, weight distribution, troubleshooting, and provincial hauling requirements for oversized moves.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform manual tasks related to heavy haul operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and follow safety protocols.
- Previous experience in a construction or oil & gas industry is considered an asset.
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test including cannabis
