**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Diagnostics**: Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues effectively to ensure quick, reliable solutions.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating with clients and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards in workmanship and adhere to industry best practices and company protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician, particularly in commercial systems.
- Solid understanding of HVAC/R installation, service, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with automation systems (especially Emerson E2 and Microthermo) is highly valued.
- Additional trade experience (sheet metal, electrical, plumbing, or gasfitting) is an asset.
- Additional experience with grocery store HVAC or Refrigeration is an asset.
- Valid HVAC/R certification or the ability to obtain one in Alberta.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality customer service.
