**Nextgen is looking for a Field Technician** to join our growing team You’ll be responsible for installing and servicing advanced wireless broadband equipment in customers’ homes. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install and configure wireless broadband networking equipment at customer premises.
- Deliver outstanding service achieving **100% customer satisfaction** on every job.
- Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly documentation of service tickets and installations.
- Use power and hand tools to complete installations and repairs.
- Run and terminate network cables through walls, ceilings, and other structures.
- Follow company safety standards, field operation guidelines, and policies.
- Use mobile apps to manage installations and service calls.
- Perform other field-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- **1+ years** of experience in Cable TV, Satellite TV, or Alarm system installation.
- Skilled in using power and hand tools; comfortable working on ladders or elevated positions.
- Strong cable termination and routing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Able to lift up to **65 lbs.**:

- Valid **driver’s license** and clean driving record.
- Must pass a **background check**.
- Must be legally authorized to work in **Canada**.
