Inovestor, a Quebec-based financial software company, is growing rapidly. Financial advisors, portfolio managers and institutions rely on us to provide the best data, analytics and model portfolio.

**Responsibilities**

Our team is growing, and we are looking for the ideal Client Specialist to support our accounts managers to provide high quality service to our clients. He or she will contribute to the business development and growth of Inovestor by acting as an investment professional that clients can rely on for in-dept information about our products.
- Provide outstanding customer service and project a professional image of the company;
- Develop direct and lively relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction;
- Act as a bridge between sales and the data team;
- Participate in the design and execution of a communication and loyalty plan;
- Participate in the investment process of our model portfolios;
- Ensure a high retention and renewal rate of licenses;
- Respond to customer support requests and ensure a thorough and documented follow-up;
- Keep abreast of industry developments: trends, regulations, new products.

**P**rerequisites**
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field;
- Client and Portfolio Management experience;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- Conscientious, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic;
- Strong interest in financial services and equity markets;
- Excellent writing and communication skills (especially in English).
- Bilingualism (English, French).
