Our focus is on driving measurable results, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis for an exciting 3-month project.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of leveraging affiliate networks, including **Rakuten**, to drive performance-based marketing campaigns. This is a **freelance, remote** opportunity with flexible hours, but we require someone who can work collaboratively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring that we achieve maximum ROI for our B2B clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Affiliate Network Management**:

- Build and manage affiliate partnerships using Rakuten and other affiliate networks.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to grow the network.
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide strategic guidance to affiliates for improved performance.
- **Campaign Strategy and Optimization**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales.
- Analyze data to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Utilize A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques to maximize campaign results.
- **B2B Focus**:

- Implement affiliate strategies that align with B2B client needs, focusing on high-value conversions and long-term partnerships.
- Tailor campaigns for corporate clients, keeping in mind industry-specific challenges and goals.
- **Tools and Platforms**:

- Use Rakuten and other affiliate tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Leverage analytics platforms (Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards) to gather insights and refine campaigns.
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting and transparency for clients.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the internal marketing and client success teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and clients.
- Provide customer service and resolve any issues that arise during the affiliate program.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Good experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the **B2B** space.
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs on **Rakuten** or similar networks (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate).
- Strong understanding of **affiliate link tracking**, performance analysis, and conversion optimization.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and platforms (Rakuten, Google Analytics, Affiliate Dashboards).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation and high-value conversions in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and affiliates.
- **Preferred**:

- Previous experience working with **advertising agencies** and understanding of their needs.
- Familiarity with **SEO** and digital marketing tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
